Yes, everyone from a foreign country needs a visa to enter the USA. You, being a criminal, could not get a visa. We have enough criminals in the USA right now and do not need anymore. Just stay away from the USA.

no you dont need a visa if you have been in trouble for criminal damage you would be refused if you have been in trouble for drugs you just get your visa in the normal way the fact you have a pending charge does not really matter

With the Visa waiver you have to declare any criminal record or impending offences so you will have to declare it and that would mean you need a visa and you have to apply in person and it can take a long time to get an appointment

Everyone needs a Visa for the USA but the visa waiver programme is widely available.(You fill out the form on the aircraft on the way over)You have to advise of any criminal record - if you haven't been convicted yet then I guess you don't have to admit to it - Innocent until proved guilty, you should be fine.

Yes you will but check with the embassy and if you already have any convictions depending what they are you may not get one if you dont check before you travel and arrive there they could send you home at your expense on the next flight

When you arrive they will know everthing about you. Save your money and dont go. Then join the army and do something useful instead of making our lives a misery. What you give is what you get!
