It depends what type of bread and the size of loaf. The basic Kleb is subsidised and so is quite cheap - 20 Roubles. The price is fixed by the state. But the more fancy types of bread are not subsidised and that's where the bakers make their profit, so its much more expensive. If you are really strapped for cash, you can often buy half a loaf.
