Eurasia (both Europe and Asia). Ural Mountains are the divide between Europe and Asia. Since Russia has territories on both sides of Urals, it is both in Europe and Asia.

I believe that the part of Russia that is west of the Ural mountains is in Europe and the part east of the Urals is in Asia.
