Wireless is just the more 'general' term. Bluetooth refers to a specific type of wireless technology. Marketing-wise though, wireless is PROBABLY (but not necessarily) referring to infra-red technology.
The BIG difference between the 2 is line-of sight. Bluetooth is supposed to be more tolerant of its location relative to the receiver whereas IR can be finnicky on where you use your mouse. Bluetooth uses a radio frequency and as such can be used even if it can't 'see' where the receiver is. IR, on the other hand, uses a light band and as such, the device has to be able to 'see' where the receiver is.

A bluetooth mouse is just one type of Wireless Mouse available. Generally Bluetooth have a good reception and can be effective from quite a distance.

Bluetooth Mouse is all the way better coz no need of wire in it as in wireless mouse but wireless have limited area where bluetooth range is much bigger then wireless.

Wireless mouse normally connect using USB port and hence are bit slow than the Bluetooth connection

Difference is in wireless technology. Simple wireless mice use infrared connection. It is slower than Bluetooth technology, so Bluetooth mouse is more sensitive than IR.

Bluetooth mouse is better becoz it will connect to any computer and its state of the art technology
I wonder if there are wireless mouses available.even if they do, they wont connect to all PCs
