not unless you have a scuba mask because to cry you need to breath. Do you get wet if you are under water and it rains?

Absolutely!

I cried the first time I SCUBA dived, 'cos it was so beautiful and such an amazing experience. I'm not sure that counts though, as I had all the equipment on!

If not - answer is also yes! I was swimming in the sea one day and I broke my toe on a rock underwater. I didn't want my mates to see me cry at the pain, so every time I felt tears coming, I hid the by crying under the water!

no never... when i was young i used to cry when my dad takes me to the shore . he used to pull my head down to the water to teach me to be stronger...
under the water tears were always washed away and replaced by comfort.

why don't we find a way to live under water?!

when the water is coverd with ice
