Life isn't a movie. You can't follow a script. Just gather some ideas, like the reasons why you like her, things she interested in. If she's into literature, maybe a phone call isn't the way but a romantic hand written invitation. Otherwise, just ask her if she'd like to go out to dinner, let her pick the night.
