Sell the boat to help pay for a new car. I'd drive the car a lot more than I would the boat.

Take a lot of cruises up at Lake Erie and maybe do a little fishing. Have some friends and watch the amusement park called Cedar Point. Check out this site. Lots to do on a boat near an amusement park.

It depends on what kind of a boat and its location, I'd go sailing, fishing, Racing or exploring and discovering new places.
