is this legal? and how can i see this without paying them?

I presume that by all your info you mean address, phone number, credit details and so on.

Yes it's legal for them to charge you (because when you view the site, you could be anyone as far as they are concerned). You should be able to obtain the details free, though, from the various sources that site uses to collate the data. I believe that, though you are entitled to see what data is held on file about you, the body holding the information has a right to charge you a 'reasonable amount' as a search fee.

They got mine too, but im not paying to see it.
And if i knew your name i could go to my local court house and get all the info they were going to show you too, its public info.
Things like criminal background, listed telephone numbers, car plate numbers, your address, its all free and public.
