No it's not OK, it's called sexual harassment if you don't want the attention she is giving you. But beware if you take her up on her offer, she could turn around and get you for the same charge if you piss her off in any way.
Plus it is ethically and morally wrong to sleep with your boss. Wouldn't it make you feel like her little boy toy?

Why, if you are a 25 year old man, would be on-line in a public forum asking strangers permission to lay with your boss?
You know the pros and cons of sleeping with the boss. If things don't work out, if co-workers find out, and you are in a position that you report to her so you are already considered not her equal. Most higher-ups at companies frown on management mixing with the "help". But you are an adult, over the age of 18 and 21, so do what you want but be prepared to handle the consequences - that's what adults do, think and deal with whatever consequences come out of it good bad or indifferent.
Commit career suicide, we don't care.

Well I did notice that you said you were single and 25 but you just mentioned that she was 35 and female is she married or single.....at any rate leave it alone, mixing pleasure at work is a bad deal.

No, because if you should allow her to have sex with you she believes that she owns you and has already an affair. And what if you want to enter a serious relationship (to the girl you love) maybe she's the one who object. Beware for that lady boss of yours, if she threat you to get fire of your job, it's not your loss anyway, it's her loss.

No. Just say no buddy. She could use the fact that you two had sex to get away with something in the company that is illegal, and your job could be in danger if you do it, then regect her later.
