Absolutely. It is when two babies are being delivered to different planets. They have a cosmic collision and a Martian baby comes to earth.

He's ultra-intellegent and builds a flying saucer to get home, just as the parents get a telegram that the Martians are going to deliver the earth baby, Yob, here. (Yob is 'boy' spelled backwards). Before the exchange can occur, the Martian baby flies to the Martian ship, as the father screams, "Give me my Yob!"

Then he awakens to find he's in the maternity ward, waiting for the delivery of the son. In his lap is a magazine w/ a cover story about alien life.

He goes to the viewing window, and there is his son.

It has all been a dream!

Except on the son's wrist is a nametag: YOB!

It's called Bobby's World and loosely based on Howie Mandel's childhood the guy who host the game show Deal or No Deal.

i remember 'pob' ...wasnt a cartoon tho, he was more of a puppet type thing...i think
