No, T5 chassis don't have a room to install internally; in fact, all PDAs don't have a room; if you look at Zire 72 (built-in camera) there is a bulge to where the camera is to enclose the circuitry and photo sensor.

Go look at Veo, there is a current SDIO product but you might take a chance with a discontinued SD product, I did and it works with T3.
