Stick his thumb in his mouth he wont have to look for a pacifier. Cut back on the night time drinks...he could be waking after he wets. He may be too hot or uncomfortable. He's sleeping too much in the day and or going to bed too early. Dont feed him heavy solids too late at night cuz the digestions could be disturbing his sleep. Feed him some solids at night if he seems to be hungry in the wee hours...take your pick on that one. He may be going thru an 'awake' stage at night and may get over it. Give him teething tablets or tylenol...teething will bother some kids more than others. Could be a myriad of reasons.
I didnt get my kids to sleep 6 or 7 hrs through the night until around 11 mos!! So dont take my advice. lol

normal parenting problem
try to sleep in the day when he sleeps-it will be good for your mental health
thats the stop gap measure
for the bigger picture-put two or three pacifier's in the cot/bed it will help lots-it's called reassurance-he'll find them-just wait a little longer before you rush into threroom-you might not need to
plus you'll be fresher from your earlier nap and not so tired/cranky-better all round

try not letting him nap through out the day, and making sure he has his pacifier with him. Also try giving him a snack before bed. He may be getting hungery through out the night and and waking up due to that. My son did the same thing and thats what I did with him.

Hi, i understand ur situation. dont let him to have nap after 4pm in the evening and solid feed should be around 7pm. Before 30mins to your nap try to put him on sleep by feeding him the milk nearly7-8oz. so that he wont get up very soon. And always try to feed him around 2am (i.e 5hrs later) in the morning. if u stay in a hot climate give him little warm bath around 9pm.

Set a good bedtime routine for him. Put about 6 pacifiers in his bed for him at night. He might also be suffering from heartburn. You may want to buy a wedge to put in his bed.

1.There is a pacifer holder...used to attach to his shirt without any type of pin/safety pin. its a flat string with a snap u can attach it to his clothes close enough for it to reach his mouth. (Don't get the pins)

2. let him sleep with you sometimes this way when he wakes up looking for the pacifer just find it and stick it in his mouth. more sleep.
Good Luck
