Assuming you're using Internet Explorer, under "Internet Options" there's a tab in which you can block certain sites if you input their web addresses. Also, there's always the choice of a firewall if you're really worried.

try to download some anti-spyware and scan your computer..if websites like adultfriendfinder or ect ect pop up,it means your com has infected by spyware..
