Heroin, as far as I know. Had a friend who treid all sorts of drugs, but stayed addicted only to heroin, while others whe was trying occasionally or as a substitute. He passed away from OD. However, there's a "promissing" new drug that can be home-made and is based on metamphetamine. It's 10 times stronger than cocaine and damages brain cells permanently.

I think it is meth. I have seen a lot of shows (Oprah) on it and they say it is addictive from the very first time of having it. It grabs you the first time. So, there is no 'choosing' to do it again. Your body thinks you need to. This is pretty addictive. Scary, huh?

I think you can become addicted to any type of drug, anything that you allow your body to rely on...something as simple as a muscle relaxant to anything extreme like meth.

Cocaine, injected or snorted. It crosses the blood-brain barrier very quickly and causes the greatest increase in dopamine levels since it both blocks its reuptake and increases its production.

Nicotine. Think about it. Some smokers would rather give up food than cigarettes. Pretty bad.

It has been said that cigaretts are harder to quit than heroine. Unbelieveable as it sounds I have heard this often. Great question!
