Could anyome help. I am using xp windows and i set the encoding to chinese and it still gives me garbage. Is it my computer setting?

There are a few chinese language settings, the traditional the the GB variants.
My suggestion is to download the different chinese unicode from microsoft then right click on ur mail and choose the different encoding.
