How can I set up a webcam for free?

I want my friends to be able to watch my cam live at any time.
I do NOT want to set up a sexcam!!!!!!
I want to put it on my roof, so ppl can watch the city on cam

Well, to do that, you'll have the buy the cam. After that, you just hook it up to your computer, and put "Send Webcam" over Yahoo Messenger, and you have your webcam up and running. The only thing that will cost money is the webcam itself.
