I am an American and I've been taught to be proud of it . However now that I am a mature adult I realize that all of us no matter where we live or who we are, are equal . To think anyone is better , more free , happer or anything is just sriritually wrong !

No, evidently not... something was able to get through and fly commercial airplanes into a couple of buildings in New York City... something insidious coming from a land of covered mass graves...
Don't tell me they didn't exist... a woman I know very closely was a lieutenant in an engineering corps for two years building schools and playgrounds in Iraq when thousands and thousands of decaying bodies were uncovered... that is the nightmarish reason for war against an ideaology bent on our physical and cultural destruction. The actions of a few misguided idiots with dog leashes on TERRORISTS who are NOT citizens protected by our Constitution pale incomparison to such evil, YES EVIL!
When 9/11 entered its ugly head some of the same critics of those who have taken action nowwere crying "Why couldn't we 'CONNECT THE DOTS' and have prevented it." Now they indignantly bemoan every action taken to delay the NEXT disaster... even though there has NOT been one in 5 years. Including none in quaint big city bookstores where the 'enlightened' sip their lattes.
Is keeping some known thug a wake afew hours better than having American soldiers and citizens BEHEADED. Oh pity the poor Jihadist who has to listen to reverse tapes of "Stairway To Heaven", that's so much worse than the carbombing of innocents, and on and on...
I'll gladly match the fingers you point at my country's errors of commission by showing your errors of ommission....

It's clearly a yes. Even when their foreign policy is so aggressive and self-promoting, they were still utterly shocked that anyone would dare to take issue with them, let alone aim at them.
And Lily, would you call the Mahatma Ghandi and Martin Luther King 'babies' for not wanting to go in guns blazing? War is, and ought to be, a last resort. And while I in NO way condone acts of terrorism between people or countries, let's take a look at the list of countries where the US has intervened in just the past 20 years, and more importantly where it hasn't, and then ask yourself: Who is terrorising whom?

this is unhappy to declare, yet lots of my fellow individuals are appallingly ignorant bearing directly to the the remainder of the international. The worst, of all, i've got found, are maximum human beings from the long island city section. They no longer in basic terms do no longer understand plenty approximately different countries; they do no longer even understand something approximately united statesa. west of the Hudson River or north of Boston.
