In techno, there's an artist called Supergreenx and his stuff is very cool. The best chill songs from him are 'Halcyon' and 'Save Me'

in Neo Soul, Goapele has a very soothing voice. It's like India Arie and Sade fused together. From her, "Closer" is really nice.

In J-pop, Utada Hikaru's "Blue" and "Making Love" are pretty cool

Anything from Greenday is also great!
