I would have to say no there are no grants for those who are just disabled. However, there are a lot of resources out there which are designed to help 1st time home buyers regardless of any disabilities. Most states have a home purchasing assistance program that helps with the closing cost as do some banks and mortgage companies like Well Fargo. Not to mention sellers concessions which is designed to help home buyers with meeting the financial requirements of their lenders to obtain a loan to buy a home. I'm gonna suggest you visit the HUD web site to find out about programs that are available in your area as well as your rights and options. The web address to learn more is www.hud.gov.. Good luck with all your endeavors as far as home purchasing.

No.
Just because you are disabled doesn't mean you are entitled to special grants. Even some disabled people save their money and buy houses every day.
