It might actually be a leftover from the night before. Whilst drinking, you might have engaged in behaviours that might have tended to lead to your relieving your randiness. But *because* you were drunk, you might not have been able to "close the deal" as it were. Because of this, you get the leftover hormones the next morning. Intervening dreams, while you were waiting to wake up might have exacerbated the situation.

I've never heard of this. Everyone I know, myself included, who has ever had a hangover at any point feels sick more than anything. Definitely not randy.
