I just got married in July and have been living in Italy for 18mth, I never thaught I would be the type to get home sick, but I was wrong. I miss every thing about canada (Toronto) my family, my friends my life. My husband has two years left of University and I am hoping that he was take a chance a try live in Canada for me as I have done for him.

Yes, it's very normal!!
i only moved from the US to Canada, but sometimes I miss it, esp my kids and grandkids, even though I love Canada and my husband and am blissfully happy!
I hope that he will at least consider living in Canada for you for awhile, and that over time you will be able to afford frequent visits.

yes..i lived in indiana 31 years got married and had to move to ohio..6 1/2 hours away..miss my family and my home terriblly..i hate it with a passion
