Because that person doesnt realise what they're doing. So the next time, they will repent the same situation in the future, and still the same like in the past. If you wanna stick with someone like that you should be patient and maturer, then you can handle that repent.

We are creatures of habit. Habits actually take time and can be hard to break. Easier for some to just repent, it to me is a cop out.
If one repents over something they did they no it was wrong and should not be so lazy and change this habit......
My ex husband has criminal behaviors, always would say I am sorry, or I found god this time I really did.....Never changed, so a divorce was in order....
