HKS has a supercharger kit for VQ35DE but I'm not sure this kit includes the intercooler. You must also consider tuning your engine mangement system & upgrading your fuel system. Check out the HKS USA homepage. How much horsepower increase I'm not sure. I estimate should be at least 100HP increase.
I recommend the APS twin turbocharger kit. Very easy to install & very effective horsepower increase while maintaining street drivability. It will increase the VQ to (Stock 280HP)425HP without compromising the engine lifespan. The most amazing fact is that you would'nt have to touch the engine internals. The turbo kit not only comes with the turbochargers but it includes the exhaust manifold,intercooler, upgraded fuel system, engine management system, air filter & the charged air pipes & hoses. Simply everything you need is provided & no custom modification is necessary because every component is bolted on!
