I was born left-handed but my mom switched me to right because it was more socially acceptable which is absurd. I throw, bowl and write with my right hand. I bat from the left side although I can do both. I can play golf either way but left-handed clubs were more expensive when I was a teenager. So, I play golf right-handed but with practice I could do as well from the left side.
So, I guess I am somewhere in the middle.

Can write with both but use the right hand as I was taught to.
I use my left when controlling machinery.
Shoot pool with left and or switch to right which ever one is best for shot, throw ball with right hand.
When doing something new I have to try both hands to find out which is more comfy.
