I don't have any kind of health insurance and anything like that. I'd like to go to a Planned Parenthood center to get an exam and birth control pills...can I do this? Or do they only accept people with insurance?

Yes you can go and get it for free as long as you are not over a certain age. Here where I live it is called The SPOT and as long as you are under 21 the service is offered to you.

Yes, they'll charge you for the exam and the pills depending on your income or lack of one. You can call them on the phone and ask for details about their specific branch.
