Well, I've always thought that there was more than one reason for being over there. For instance, consider how russia with Her president putin, is tryin to muscle on the eastern europe gas market. I don't about other people, but it's obvious that russia is working with Iran, who in turn are trying to start civil wars in Iraq so as to destablize U.S efforts, all so that russia can get the oil needed to control everything up in europe. Now what would happen if russia had that level of control/power? Howabout china? China is developing quickly. Let them get too strong and we'll be speaking chinese in 100 years...sure i wouldn't have to worry about it, but my grandkids will.
So, in my opinion, there are reasons other than the ones proposed by the administration and media, why we're over there. Are they the right reasons? That's another question. If, how some imply, that truth is relative, then, maybe these reasons are the right ones, for some, but for others, they are not the right reasons. But who's to say. In m opinion the reasons given are good enough for me. for now. however, i think the war should be fought differently. For instance, if we had twice as many men out there, this might have been done by now, well being in Iraq would've been done, i think. I do agree with those who say that the U.S is suffering from what i have heard to be call as "white guilt" That is to say that the U.S. has an ugly past, of those whites in power oppressing others. As a result, the U.S. is trying not to stain their image any further, so instead of going into Iraq full force, and just getting the job done. We make it seem to the world that we're not a bully by taking hits, It's like holding back in a fight, letting the weaker guy look like he's stronger than he is. And if that's the case, i'm all for it.. Why showcase to the world our true capabilities? If our enemies new what we could really do then they'd plan for that expectation, but there is no way to plan for that you cannot anticipate.
what do i know..

After the fall of Iraq.
Something extra ordinary were going on over there when your brothers and sisters were all blurr with what went wrong out there.
And they are there now for the good of mankind not at their own whims and fancy but for a purpose being overlook by living human kind on planet earth.
So do not kick them on their butts and honour them when they return.
