Lighten your eyes with a light brown and off white eyeshadow.
Use the light brown on the bottom and the white acrros the top whereit meets the brow.
You can also use a deep yellow in the middle.
Make sure you are taking the shadow across the ENTIRE lid area and BLEND with your fingers.

Eyeliner is the magic wand for creating the illusion of bigger, more expressive eyes. Line the entire top lash line and extend the line slightly at the corners. You can also line the bottom of your eyes, but concentrate color only on the outer third and extend it slightly past the edge. (We're not talking Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra here.) A soft, smoky look will open your eyes more than a thin, hard line. Stick to dark, neutral colors with a hint of black for lining, as bright shades will only make them seem smaller.

whatever u do always use concealer they broghten up eyes vanish the dark circles, since i started using them i cant live without one, try using kohl pencil for inner lineing of eyes dont put too much eye shadow...conctact lenses are not necessary though...make sure u color ur eye brows as well but dont over do it, good luck

Put a white eyeshadow base and then blend it with a bright colour, it will bring out ur eyes more, also mascara which extends ur lashes will work alot!

Do NOT get colored contacts! Your eyes are unique, because they are yours, don't cover them up.
Play with eyeshadow; its fun. Don't be afraid to use bold colors, like blue, green, or pink. Metallic colors would look good, too.

there are many different things you can do like eye liner always mascara use 2 different colors of eye shadow or colored contacts hint- more eyliner the more open your eyes look

try a lighter eye shadow to open up the eye and less liner. also, try a better mascara for lengthier lashes

rich greens or purple shadows or liners. doesn't have to be too much but just enough to kind of notice it, trust me, with a little practice, it will look fantastic.

try colored contacts you don't need a precription or bad vision
