No it does not make sense. But the first time I read it. I think it means that people are always wanting to know how others live their lives.

it doesn't make sense, I think u want to say, the other half lives and not have lives, ur sentence means tht u can't help taking a peek into seeing how the other person has lives. does this make sense to u?

As it is writen it is not proper but what most people will read is not the words in frount of them but the sentance, "You can't help but take a peek to see how the other HALF lives."

It says to me that supposedly, society is split into the "haves" and "have nots" so when it says, you cant help but take a peek, then I'm assuming either you're slumming or you are spending a great deal of money that you don't have.

The first thing i think is that "have" should be "half". The other thing is that you don't have to shout; it's my ear that's deaf, not my eyes. Other than that it makes sense as a blurb for a "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" type of show or book.

I also think it should be "HALF" instead of "HAVE".

But you could also change the last bit to "HOW THE OTHERS HAVE LIVED" and still make sense.

As it is, it doesn't make sense.
