I saw the movie when it first came out. I won't ruin the ending for those who didn't see it. Let's just say short of a dream, or hallucination, only prequels can be made. Any comments??

Well even if there arent any sequels or prequels, there has been some discussion of characters (i.e. Wolverine) doing spin-off movies, which I think might be kind of cool. So just let's hope for the best :)

Did you miss the ending and fail to watch the credits. You need to focus on Magneto and watch the credits to the very end. They left an opening for a sequel, as a matter of fact the cure is an episode in and of himself, what happened to him and how does he fit into this story now.

There will be a sequel. You have to watch right to the end of the credits...

Although I do hope the sequel will be better X3. I enjoyed the others better than this one.

No it think it's enough.HOw much do u wanna drag in such a short span of time.I mean look at spider man it came out b4 xmen and is still in the second part whereas this one has completed a third and they are thinkin of a spinoff.u can clearly c the difference in profits as well.Spider man being the winner.

no, i think it was a great way to end it.. A final battle. I'm surprised more main charectors didnt give up their powers or die. We lost what? 3 main charectors? seems kind of small. Especially considering the odds at the final battle.

there will be a Sequel, because the way the ending was done, it was left wide open with Magneto regaining powers

They just need to stop making comic book movies. They have completly runied ther X-Men for me. I know they cant stick to the comics as much as they would like, but it would be nice if they did a little bit.
