They are known for knitted wool items. The sweaters, although cool, would be too expensive... but I'll bet a knitted hat or mittens wouldn't be!?!

Or perhaps a bottle of Brennevin (a strong Icelandic drink)?!?

That's a long way to go to get a present, and you wont have any money left out of $30 once you'v paid the air fare.
