If so, is there something that can be done about it? If I get salt water anywhere on my body I get a rash(arms, legs, neck, feet-anywhere)! It is not razor burn(duh, I don't shave all of those places). It doesn't matter what precautions I have taken, it always happens. I know-strange. We are going to Hawaii and I really don't want this to happen. It does not happen at the pool, only at the beach. I am olive skinned and tan very easlily. I don't understand! Can anyone please help?

i am too. i will just itch everywhere but will not develope rashes. just stay clear of the seawater then.

im not allergic too.sea water is healthy! (not to drink it)probably theres insect bites (d tiny insects) which u dont realize while ur on shore.

as i have known no one is allergic to sea water for everybody loves swimming in it !!!

i'm not allergic to sea water. i've never heard of any one who was.
