Our relationship was very good but now he makes advances and comments on my dressing gives me flying kisses etc and just can't look into his eyes and speak. My feelings for him too are becoming more intense and i don't wnat anyhting to come in between our friendship. Moreover i need to maintain my professional image in the company i work in. Pls help

more than likely, you will have an affair with him that will probably end up with you losing your job eventually. that is, unless you have very strong will power, seeing him every day it too much temptation to resist. if you value your job, have an honest conversation with him about your concerns and nip this in the bud. a career takes a long time to develop as does respect from coworkers. destroying a career only takes minutes. is a romp in the sack worth the risk? it won't be easy to face him without some bitterness after you give in and the thrill of the chase if gone. then you will have lost a friend and a job, and possibly screw up any good recommendations for a job elsewhere. sorry to be a pessimast, just been there, done that and regret it to this day. good luck.

Your boss has taken advantage of the power imbalance between the two of you to seduce you. He's ruined whatever friendship you thought you had with him. I would suggest looking for another job, unless you want to file a sexual harassment grievance with the company, which is messy and humiliating.
