I have seen two, in the first was a total decapitation, the second was a flip and roll of a convertible that threw the passenger against the trunk of a tree and came to rest on the pinned driver.
In each case I was fine until about a half hour after rescue workers finished removing victims from the wreckage and I had the time to dwell on what had happened, then I was so shaken and jittery I could barely stand.

I came around a corner when a car swerved into a telephone pole and through the two guys out of the car.The car when into the medium circled a few times then stopped. Both were dead instantly.
Also say a man hit by a semi-truck and a couple hit by a Train.

Yes, I drove a tow truck and went to alot of accidents and just happened upon some before anyone else arrived and helping just came naturally and some involved children that bothered me later.
