The noise can be heard slightly when i play music but when a game is played the static noise will be very much obvious.
I've tried switching to other speaker and change to using a headphone but the problem is still present, pls advise, thks in advance... :)

It is possible, especially if they have been played at high volume, they could be going out.

if you tried different speakers and it still has the problem it's either your sound card or the driver. I would recommend getting a new sound card they are only like 20, 30 bucks. With a new sound card your sound quality will be better too.
