I would hope this person is at least taking a sponge bath, and why in the heavens are they not taking a bath? Are they physically challenged? Like have they been in a car wreck or something? Yes, they do need to be cleaned in some way. They really can have some skin infections if they are not being properly cleansed in some way. Please encourage them toward personal cleanliness.

I think there would be some health hazards to be concerned with not to mention that you'd be lonely. I can't imagine the person being very pleasant to be around.
