On the surface, it sounds like this combination of Earth and Fire might work better than it actually does. Both signs are self-indulgent. Both like to live well. Both like to be catered to, pampered, and fussed over. There, perhaps, lies some of the problem. Both are more "receivers" than givers, and their generosity often springs from an ulterior agenda of getting the attention they want from the object of their beneficence.
