limewire is good - lags the computer a lot though. Don't get Imesh - spyware adware etc.. Don't get Kazaa - same stuff. I recommend Limewire. And no i dont think there are any websites that allow downloading MP3s but you could try this one.

www.mininova.org - you can download a lot of stuff with a torrent client search google for utorrent or bitcomet whichever you prefer and you can download files off that website im pretty sure its legal in most countries although it is kind of slow.

limewire, kazaa, there are a lot of them. i think limewire is the best. kazaa slows up ur computer a lot. kazaa aint worth it
