Ceres would be a good place. It's the only world big enough in the asteroid belt to be a sphere. It's gravity and size are low enough so it would be easy to take off and land there, but high enough to make your buildings and stuff stick to the surface. You'd need radiation shielding anywhere in space, but on Ceres you can just go underground a few meters. And there's plenty of ice for water out there.

Negative too much radiation...you couldnt get water...you could even be sure someone could find Your asteroid to resupply you silly

It is impossible to build sommething there. the rocks crash at each other and anything there wil be grinded flat sooner or later.
