no i dont think so that building like WTC can be brought down by just hitting a plane or heat due to the combution of fuel in planes.
i got something interesting for u.
see this www.loosechange911.com
its A documentary that exposes the truth about what really happened on 9-11. and i do belive in it.
PLEASE Watch it and think by urself what is the truth.
thx.

Probably civil demolition engineers could take a lesson from this one.
Why put explosives on ground floors of a high rise? Place them about 3/4 the way up the building. Blow out the beams there, and the structure will collapse vertically.
I don't think there was any inside demolition conspiracy for WTC. I'm sure the heat from the burn caused the iron beams to soften and collapse.
However, my point is that civil engineers typically place explosives on several levels of a building to demolish it. That just might be overkill for a high rise, proven by WTC. Just blow out the beams 3/4 the way up, and the building will demolish itself. Save money on explosives.

I thought there was an episode of frontline explained the collapse of the WTC already. The fire retard coating of the steel beam structure was blown away by the plane's explosion. And the fire was burning all the materials inside the office building causing the weakening of the steel beams. The weight of the higher floors along with weak beams cause the structure to collapse.
Consider this, who can set up a demolition within such a short time after the plane hits. There is no elevators available and people are rushing down the stairs. Who is dumb enough to demolite the building and kill himself inside ?

Well i am not no engineer. Some people say there were bombs placed every 5 to 10 floors and the entire event is an Inside job. Some say its the structure of the building which failed to withstand the fire. I think its the former one.

Was that one of the smaller buildings next to the two big ones?
I would have to guess having two 100 story buildings collapsing near it would have damaged it enough to fall over.
Remember, from a distance, the towers looked like they practically fell straight down, but all that stuff had to land somewhere. It hit the buildings right next to it.

It was caused by fire. after the planes hit the buildings, the fuel from the planes leaked out and on to the structure of the buildings, and the fire protectant on the beams was very old and was deteriorating and the beams caught fire and the beams melted because it was so hot and that's how they fell!!

I think mike c has just given you the best answer. the burning jet fuel was the main cause of the collapse. it was hot enough to melt down all the "bones" of the twin buildings.

The burning jet fuel heated the steel columns enough to yield under those loads. Don't buy the conspiracy. Ask any engineer why the building fell.

The heat from the fire weakened the the steel floor trusses. Each floor was 4" thick concrete, and when one floor failed, the others followed.
