what are the diffences between public good, private good, and a quasi public good?

Not to sound like a smart mouth.
But it all comes down to semantics.

Public good is to be in the general public IE citizens of a specific country, state or city best interest.
Private good is to be in the best interest of a one or a few people.
Quasi public good is supposed to be in the best interest of the general public.
