Make it a turbo AND dohc?
I can see adding a turbo package if they make one for your year/model. But DOHC to just slap in? Umm.. yeah.
Research your car a bit, see if they made a model with DOHC first, then see if that engine will fit in your car, thats about the only way that is going to happen.

From your question, I can see that you don't know much about cars. Adding a turbo is not as simple as buying a kit and installing it. You also have to redo the engine with stronger internals to handle the new power. If you want a DOHC engine, contact the Chrysler engineering department and have them design and build new heads for your car. It should only cost a few million dollars.

Well if you can find it (I think it was only avalible in Mexico, don't hold me to that though) there was a version of the Dodge Spirit that had the 2.5L four with DOHC and was a "Turbo III" There were only about 1,200 built so finding one even in decent condition will be a challenge.

You can't just slap a turbo in to a non turbo car. The engine has to be especially made to take a turbine.
It probably will not take a liking to high pressure high combustion conditions a turbocharger creates. You can potentially get a blown head gasket or a warped head, or any sorts of problems really, especially if the engine is made of aluminum.
When you're looking at thousands of dollars in parts, which is what a turbocharger setup will cost you, anything 'blown' is not a good prospect.
Of course if you insist on blowing your $$ try looking at

they made turbos for that motor. i believe the dodge daytona had some with turbo. and i think they turboed omni for a year or two. find a turbo manifold for that engine from the scrap yard. they may have made a dohc motor also. should be real easy to do just a little hard to find them parts. my friend put dodge engines with turbo in his dune buggy. fast

Get an estimate at a mod shop. They will probably swap out your engine.
Try this place. they say you can mount more than one of their devices.
