Is it possible for me to make a backup copy of my xbox CD game on WWF wrestling?

Hi there. BTW this WWF CD game i have is somewhere 2003-2004, do u have any idea is there any latest of such from Microsoft?

Coming back to this backup, if i could, is it through normal VCD data copy or is this a DVD? I am confuse.
