I'm not pregnant and I have cramps in my legs like that all the time! Sometimes when you have alot or only one that is REALLY bad, your calves will hurt for a while! Don't worry...it goes away, eventually! Sorry about the pain! Try drinking pickle juice...it works! Or soaking in a warm bath! Hope that helps...

I would give a call to the doctors office and speak to the nurse. They might want to do some blood work to see if you are deficient in potassium or some other chemical. If everything is OK they might have some suggestions for you. Just think only 6 more weeks to go!!

if the massaging isn't working, i would eat a banana or 2. You may be low on potasium which can cause leg cramps and other cramps. Babies take alot out of our bodies, so you have to make sure you get the extra nutrients you need.

Oh my gosh I got those at then end. I did icy/hot stuff. That seemed to help me. I had to do it like all day. But it helped! I heard you get those from being dehydrated. So I would drink water, if you dont you will keep getting them. I got them on both sides in one night. Oh I was so mad!

You're across the time whilst the little one could "drop" into your decrease stomach...does your belly additionally consider "heavier" furthermore to the suffering? If the suffering is not sharp it is commonly traditional, however you would point out it for your health care provider
