I do not believe that Harry will die. I think the two characters who unfortunately die will be secondary characters who will die in an act of bravery, such as Neville or Hagrid. Either way, I cannot wait until the seventh book!

I think it would be a much better ending for the last book (if the 7th book is indeed the last) if Harry didn't die. He has gone through so much hardship already (beginning from being orphaned at a young age then having to be brought up by his awful relatives), he really DESERVES to live happily-ever-after.

I don't know. But I think JK Rowling should not make him die. As the reader for Harry range from young age, then she must somehow make it that the good will get the good ends. Thats about the moral of the young reader.

No. I believe Neville will become a very good wizard. He will kill Voldemort but kill himself while doing so. Harry will be safe. Yay Harry. Poor Neville.
Also, Lupin will die, WAH!, he is my favorite, but I have a humongous hunch that he will die. :( I'll be sad whoever dies.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!If he dies then millions of hearts will be broken. JKR can't do it. I've heard they have started campaigning against Harry's death under two well-known authors. Have faith, Harry won't die. Anyway, it's the last book of the series so what's the use of killing the innocent boy??????

It is a possibility, but I won't hold any absolute theories. It is fun taking a stab in the dark, but something that big, you don't want to know until you get to that part of the book.

I don't think so. I agree that these books are getting darker and darker, but it would be too much, they were intended for children. This story is not a Greek tragedy, and it shouldn't be one.

I most ceratinly hope not. But, we all know Rowling, if she plans to kill off a character there's nothing that can be done to stop it!
