I just got out of the hospital Wednesday because of this. I had really bad pains on my abdomenal area and I didn't have much of an appetite. All they did at the hospital is ran three or four bags of fluid through me because i was getting dehydrated. I went in thinking maybe it was my appendix and so did they at first, but it ended up being the cyst rupturing. You may go have it checked out to make sure it is that and not something worse.

What kind of cysts? Ok I am not trying to scare you.
If you are talking about ovarian cysts, get to the hospital er unit. How bad is the nausea? If really bad and has gone on for while, you may still need to go to er so they can get it stopped. If nausea, goes on too long you can get dehydrated.
We had a friend who had them and thankfully she was at the doctor's office near the hospital. The doctor had to operate that day because one of them ruptured in the office.
If you don't want to go to the er tonight, call your doctor's office. Get the after hours number. Call them and get the doctor on call. Ask to have him/her call you back. See what he/she says.
Be careful & good luck.
