Do you guys know of any free web hosting that supports Php, Mysql, and at least 20 mb? NO ADS OR BANNERS.?

Hi, i've been with MANY, MANY free web hosts. Well, I cannot pay for these, because I am a student with no money. I want to make a forum, and with that.. I need a mysql db and Php, so forth.
I want to know if you guys know of any great hosts that you've been with.

http://freeost.com/ is the best I can list because of its very fast registration process. You only need to fill in a very short form and there you go , 5 seconds and you host your website.
