Hi,
Use an anti-fungal silicon sealer. Its best best thing to use to stop water getting in.

Silicon caulk. If you are setting the door, apply under the threshold when you set the door. If it is already installed, you can try to seal along the edge between the door frame and the concrete. You should also be sure you are not getting any ponding of water at your door during rain storms.
