What goes thru my mind is that there are always going to be days when you feel lonely...not that you are ALONE, but LONELY...and somehow you get thru it even though it seems like it'll never end...but when you do, you realize that although life can seem so damn hard, in the long run, the good days are greater than the bad ones and you are greatful for each new day you do get to see.....the bottom line, we are not perfect and will experience highs and lows, but am always aware that life is precious, it can be taken away at anytime and although we are not expected to feel "up" at all times, we certainly should be aware of the gift that it is....
