First of all, I wont be into sites to make (or edit) photos. I will preffer softwares. If you're just starting, I would reccomend Microsoft Picture It! since it have some tutorials (you can also download some trial on microsoft.com). If you're into professional touch, I would reccomend mediachance real-draw or adobe photoshop or corel.
