it's hard to give cosplay ideas if i don't know your cosplay background and how you look like.
hmm... are you a guy?
i've cosplayed hao asakura. his costume is easy to make.
short hair?
try ouran characters. their costumes are easy.
more challenging?
try power rangers.
post another question with more details about how you look like so people can give more ideas. it's just hard to give random characters to cosplay.
